Bio-Oil

Bio-Oil is an excellent product for hydrating the skin. The moisturizer can be used days after surgery but should not initially be placed on the incisions. The scar cream can be applied to the incision as soon as the incision appears intact and healthy.

BioCorneum

BioCorneum is an alternative product that also includes silicone. It has the added benefit of including an SPF 30 to help protect the scar from any additional sun-related damage. It comes in a 50g or a 20g supply.

Juven

Juven is a therapeutic nutrition drink mix for wound healing support. This provides multiple vitamins and amino acids that are crucial for wound healing. This is not a protein supplement, though, so protein still needs to be increased during the healing process. Juven comes in multiple flavors and an unflavored version that some people will put in their coffee.
