Dr. Danny Yoo completed 260 flaps in twelve months with the practice before returning to New Orleans.
Over twelve months with the practice, Dr. Danny Yoo performed 260 flaps — 175 DIEP, 51 LAP and 19 PAP, alongside complex reconstructions of the head and neck, lower extremity and elsewhere.
These are his figures, not the practice’s. They are worth recording because volume of that kind in a single training year is unusual, and because it is the point of the fellowship.
He has returned to New Orleans to join the Center for Restorative Breast Surgery.
