You do not have to go bigger to look fuller
A mommy makeover after multiple pregnancies, using a small implant to restore upper breast fullness without a significant increase in size.
This patient came in after multiple childbirths for a mommy makeover. Her goals were specific: fuller in the upper breast, but not significantly larger overall, and a better abdominal shape.
She had a breast lift with a small implant — 190 cc — together with an abdominoplasty, liposuction and muscle repair.
Many patients assume that placing an implant means going noticeably bigger. That is not always the case. Upper breast fullness is the one thing a lift alone cannot reliably restore, and a small implant is the best way to add it.
